I've spent my career at early-stage startups, joining early, often around seed or Series A, and growing with them as they scale and mature. On small but mighty design teams, I've worn a lot of hats across brand, marketing, and product. I love building design systems and the rules that hold them together, and I love the harder part just as much: knowing when to bend or break those rules as the product outgrows them.
