Casper launched with one product, the mattress, and a site built to sell exactly that. As it grew into a full sleep brand, the site had to become far more flexible.

The original site was designed and built around that single product. As Casper added sheets, pillows, and more, the one-off approach didn't scale, so the product pages moved toward a multi-product architecture: a flexible foundation that could hold very different products under one coherent experience.

I worked on the design system behind it: the shared components, layouts, and patterns that kept each product page consistent and unmistakably Casper while flexing to whatever it was selling, from a mattress to sheets and pillows.
